Course Summary: This course focuses specifically on advanced movement techniques for rock climbing. Instruction concentrates on one area of climbing technique for an entire day. Courses can be arranged to address a day of crack climbing, face climbing or slab climbing; or for multiple days to address multiple techniques.

Course Description:
This flexible course concentrates on the movement techniques applicable to specific climbing situations.

Crack, slab and steep face climbing each have their own particular movement requirements and any or all of these can be emphasized, depending upon how many days you wish to climb. You'll get lots of practice on climbs of the type you've chosen, with your instructor offering suggestions for improvement and tips on technique. We mix multi-pitch and single pitch climbs to maximize your time on the rock.

For people who have climbed completed our Following Skills Evaluation and climb 5.7 comfortably.
